The Problem

Boutique Property was created as a new division to Introbuild Constructions. As a result they had no brand or website. After receiving several proposals, and comparing the quality of work produced by the various agencies, Introbuild Constructions decided to go with DesignQ, a trusted and reputable agency that delivers not only high-quality websites, but is also able to create the right branding.

The Solution

DesignQ started with a discovery session to get an in-depth understanding of Boutique Property’s target market and market positioning. We then created a series of concept logos, further refining the one Boutique Property wanted to go with. Once the branding exercise was complete, we moved on to the copywriting and website design and development.

The result was a modern, clean brand and website that was mobile-friendly (responsive) and that presented Boutique Property as a trusted leader in their field. Upon launching their new website, Boutique Property was able to sign up several property investors. The client couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
