St Simeon Healthcare, is a trusted not-for-profit organisation, offering comprehensive aged care services in their Residential Village and through Home Care Support.

They cater to the diverse needs of older Australians, offering support for everything from simple to highly complex care. For those needing more personalised attention, their residential village is fully equipped to meet their needs.

The Problem

St Simeon Healthcare had an existing website that was dated and that didn’t have a clear separation of information between their home care, and their residential care services.

St Simeon Healthcare approached DesignQ to review their existing website and work out the best approach to structure the website better, and to visually update the look and feel.

The Solution

DesignQ started with a discovery session to get an in-depth understanding of St Simeon Healthcare’s target market and market positioning. Once we got a better understanding, we formulated a plan and kicked off the web design and development process.

The result was a modern and easy to navigate website that was mobile-friendly (responsive) and that positioned St Simeon Healthcare as a leading aged care provider in Western Sydney.
