The Problem
DocShifter had an outdated website that was very difficult to navigate, content heavy, didn’t present well on mobile and didn’t focus on the customer journey.
The Solution
After several planning sessions, DesignQ started with customer journey mapping and wireframes. The approved wireframes were then converted into high-fidelity concepts. The new layout, colour scheme and navigation made it easy for existing and potential customers to find the relevant information they were after.
Since going live with the new website, both DocShifter and their users have expressed satisfaction with the successful outcome.
